Synopsis:
Alan Green and Samantha Cohn have known each other for as long as both can remember. They have a special relationship that has grown far beyond mere friendship.
Inseparable, Al and Sam have spent their lives with one another—from childhood secrets, through awkward teenage years, to finding themselves as adults—it’s always been the two of them together.
When unexpected tragedy hits, and Sam is left fighting for her life, Alan can only watch and wait. Left alone without his best friend, Alan spends his time reliving his past, ensnared in the memories of the chaotic relationship with the girl that stole his heart.

Review
I was provided an ARC in exchange for an honest review.
Is this really a debut? I find that hard to believe, as I was so
engrossed in the story from beginning to end. Real life pretty much took a back
seat as I read this book. Alan Green and Samantha Cohn
have known each other since the age of five. They have been inseparable ever
since. As adults, a horrible tragedy occurs that rocks them to their core. As Al waits to find out Sam’s fate, he
relives all of their special moments. All the moments that make them Al and
Sam.
“But if falling in love is anything like what’s happening to me
right
now, I’d gladly spend my whole life figuring it out”
This book took my breath away, literally. As Al holds on to hope and
faith, he is completely lost without his best friend, Sam. How do you wait for
the unknown? Al spends his time thinking back to when he met Sam when they were
childreb. We watch them grow as individuals, but most importantly, we watch
them grow in love. I enjoyed the transitioning between past and present as it gave
the story depth and brought true understanding to the love shared between Al
and Sam.
The writing? Flawless. I
cried throughout this book. I’m not talking about tearing up. I mean full on
sobbing, wiping my face, can’t see my kindle crying. I cried because the words
were beautiful. I cried because the love between Al and Sam, I’ve never really
experienced while reading. I love romance. Hence why I read so much. But this
story? It’s on a whole different level. These characters are so deeply connected
to each other that you can’t help but be emotional. This brings out all the
FEELS. Al and Sam have been through everything together. From triumph to
tragedy, they see each other through everything.
This author is going on my ‘buy anything he writes’ shelf. Finally a well-written romance about one
of the most beautiful love stories I’ve ever read. We get a male POV romance
from a male. So refreshing! There are good romance books, and there are romance
books that words cannot do justice. This is definitely one of those. I don’t
think my or any review can truly describe how beautiful this love story was. I recommend
this book to anyone that truly loves the heart of romance.
Not knowing the ending, I think was the hardest part. I knew that no matter what happened, I would be in tears. I was right. By not giving away the ending, it will make other readers appreciate the story more. To me, in all of tragedy, there is light. This book attests to that. Love triumphs all things. Love endures.
Purchase The Time Until, Now!
About the Author
(taken from Goodreads)
I like to write and love just about anything romance [Except triangles, I hate triangles.... Oh! And Squares! They're the worst].
Anyway, I live with my wife and two kids in good ole U.S.of A. and I actually work full time as a Graphic Designer. I write to relieve stress and because I like to create stories.
The Time Until is my first book and it's both a joy and a chore to write.
